We are seeking a dependable Packaging Associate for a temp-to-hire opportunity in Saint Louis, MO. This hands-on production role is ideal for someone who enjoys steady work, clear expectations, and being part of a team that keeps operations moving efficiently.
As a Packaging Associate, you will support light assembly, packaging, labeling, and quality checks in a 100% onsite manufacturing environment. This opportunity offers a consistent Monday through Thursday schedule, supportive team environment, and the potential to grow into a long-term position for reliable candidates who take pride in their work.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform light assembly and packaging of finished products.
- Place bottles on conveyor lines and support smooth production flow.
- Label, pack, and stack products according to production standards.
- Inspect products for quality and report defects or issues promptly.
- Follow safety procedures and maintain a clean, organized work area.
- Read and follow production instructions, labels, and safety documents.
Compensation and Benefits
- Pay: $17 per hour.
- Job Type: Temp-to-Hire.
- Schedule: Monday through Thursday, 6:00 AM to 4:30 PM.
- Work Arrangement: 100% onsite.
- Location: Saint Louis, MO.
- Perform light assembly, packaging, labeling, and stacking of finished goods.
- Support conveyor line operations by placing bottles and materials accurately.
- Conduct basic quality checks and communicate product concerns.
- Maintain a safe, clean, and productive work area.
- High school diploma or GED required.
- 0 to 1 year of experience required, with manufacturing or production experience preferred.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and stand for extended periods.
- Ability to read and understand production and safety documents.
- Reliable transportation required.
- Strong attendance, attention to detail, and ability to work well in a team environment.
Preferred Qualifications
- Prior experience in manufacturing, packaging, assembly, warehouse, or production operations.
- Familiarity with conveyor lines, labeling, packing, or quality inspection processes.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced production environment.
