Job Summary

We are seeking a dependable Packaging Associate for a part-time contract opportunity in the Saint Louis area. This role is ideal for candidates who enjoy hands-on production work, steady routines, and being part of a team-oriented manufacturing environment.

As a Packaging Associate, you will support daily packaging line operations by preparing products, labeling materials, placing bottles on conveyor lines, and packing finished goods. This position offers a consistent weekday schedule, 10-hour shifts, and the ability to choose any 2 weekdays Monday through Thursday.

Key Responsibilities

- Perform manual assembly and packaging tasks on a production line.
- Place bottles on conveyor lines and help maintain smooth product flow.
- Check components, product codes, and packaging orders for accuracy.
- Label cases, cartons, bags, and finished products according to instructions.
- Pack, stack, and organize finished goods for completion or shipment.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area while following all PPE and safety procedures.

Compensation and Benefits

- Pay: $16.45 per hour.
- Job type: Part-time contract.
- Schedule: 2 days per week.
- Shift: 6:00 AM to 4:30 PM, 10-hour shifts.
- Days: Choose any 2 weekdays, Monday through Thursday.
- Work setting: 100% onsite in Saint Louis, MO, Kirkwood/West St. Louis area.



Required Qualifications and Skills

- Perform hands-on packaging, labeling, assembly, and product handling on a production line.
- Verify packaging orders, product codes, and components for accuracy.
- Pack, stack, and organize finished goods while maintaining quality and safety standards.
- Follow production instructions, safety procedures, and PPE requirements throughout the shift.

- High school diploma or GED required.
- 0 to 1 year of general work experience required.
- Ability to read and understand production documents, SDS information, and safety instructions.
- Ability to stand for 8 to 9 hours per shift.
- Ability to frequently bend and lift up to 50 lbs.
- Reliable transportation required.
- Must be dependable, punctual, and able to maintain consistent attendance.
- Candidates should live within approximately 25 to 30 minutes of the worksite.
- Must be able to work in climate-controlled and non-climate-controlled production areas.
- Must be able to wear required PPE, including safety-toe work boots or shoes, safety glasses, gloves, and hearing protection when required.

Preferred Qualifications

- Light assembly, packaging, warehouse, manufacturing, or production experience is helpful.
- Experience working on a conveyor line or in a fast-paced production environment is a plus.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow written instructions accurately.
