Job Summary
We are seeking a dependable Packaging Associate to join a production and packaging team in Fenton, MO. This temp-to-hire opportunity is ideal for someone who enjoys hands-on manufacturing work, takes pride in accuracy and quality, and is comfortable supporting packaging lines in a fast-paced, climate-controlled environment.
In this role, you will help keep production moving by packaging finished goods, labeling products, performing quality checks, and operating a sit-down forklift to move materials safely. Key Responsibilities
- Package, stack, label, and prepare finished goods according to production orders and shipping requirements.
- Verify components, labels, product codes, and packaging details for accuracy.
- Place bottles onto conveyor lines and support daily production flow.
- Perform visual quality inspections and report damaged or non-conforming products to the Production Supervisor.
- Operate a sit-down forklift to safely move materials and finished products.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area while following all safety procedures and PPE requirements.
Compensation and Benefits
- Pay Rate: $17 per hour.
- Schedule: 6:00 AM to 2:30 PM.
- Location: Fenton, MO 63026.
- Job Type: 12-month contract-to-hire opportunity.

Required Qualifications and Skills
- Support packaging, labeling, inspection, and finished goods preparation on the production floor.
- Operate a sit-down forklift to move materials and products safely.
- Verify production orders, product codes, labels, and packaging components.
- Maintain quality, safety, and productivity standards throughout the shift.
- Sit-down forklift experience is required.
- 0 to 1 year of manufacturing, production, assembly, or packaging experience preferred.
- Ability to read and understand production documents, safety procedures, and SDS information.
- Strong attention to detail with a commitment to quality and accuracy.
- Reliable attendance, punctuality, and ability to work independently or as part of a team.
- Ability to lift up to 35 lbs regularly and stand for 8 to 9 hours per shift.
- Ability to bend frequently, climb occasionally, and perform repetitive production tasks.
Preferred Qualifications
- Previous experience in a manufacturing, packaging, assembly, warehouse, or production environment.
- Experience working on conveyor lines or with packaged consumer products.
- Prior experience following production orders, quality checks, and safety procedures in a fast-paced environment.
