Job Summary

We are seeking a dependable Packaging Associate to support production and shipping operations in a manufacturing environment in Sparks, GA. This 6-month contract opportunity offers steady full-time hours, a competitive hourly rate, and the potential for extension for strong performers.

As a Packaging Associate, you will help package, label, box, stack, and prepare products for shipment while following established safety and quality procedures. This is a great opportunity for candidates who enjoy hands-on work, take pride in accuracy, and want to contribute to a productive team environment with clear expectations and supportive on-site leadership.

Key Responsibilities

- Package and label products according to production and quality standards.
- Box, stack, palletize, and prepare materials for shipment.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area throughout the shift.
- Lift and move materials weighing up to 50 lbs. as needed.
- Follow all safety, quality, and workplace procedures in a high-noise manufacturing environment.
- Support production flow by working efficiently during 10 to 12 hour rotating shifts.

Compensation and Benefits

- Pay: $17.00 per hour.
- Job type: 6-month contract with possible extension.
- Schedule: 7:00 AM to 7:00 PM.
- Shift: Rotating 2-2-3 schedule, including weekends.
- Location: Sparks, GA.
