Job Summary

We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Packaging Associate for a contract/temporary opportunity in Kansas City, MO within the consumer packaged goods manufacturing industry. This role is a great fit for someone with 1-2 years of production, packaging, warehouse, or manufacturing experience who enjoys hands-on work in a fast-paced operations environment.

As a Packaging Associate, you will help keep production moving by preparing, inspecting, labeling, and packing finished goods according to quality and safety standards. Key Responsibilities

- Package finished products according to production requirements, quality standards, and work instructions.
- Inspect products and packaging materials for accuracy, damage, defects, or inconsistencies.
- Label, sort, count, and prepare items for shipment or additional production processing.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area in compliance with manufacturing and safety procedures.
- Support production goals by working efficiently, following directions, and communicating issues to leads or supervisors.
- Assist with basic material handling, line support, and other production tasks as assigned.

Compensation and Benefits

- Pay: $14.00 per hour.
