Salary: $15.00-$16.00
Full Time

Responsabilidades:


-Responder llamadas entrantes de proveedores y beneficiarios.
-Identificar problemas del sistema y enviarlos al departamento interno correspondiente.
-Realizar llamadas salientes a farmacias, proveedores y beneficiarios si es necesario.


Educación:
-Grado Asociado Técnico de farmacia

-Licencia , registro y certificación vigentes


Experiencia Profesional:

-1-2 años de experiencia en servicio al cliente o centro de llamadas y entorno de atención médica (Preferible).



Conocimientos:

-Bilingüe
-Fuertes habilidades de servicio al cliente.
-Excelentes habilidades telefónicas, escritas, de escucha activa y de seguimiento.
