Job Summary

We are seeking a detail-oriented PCBA Soldering Technician for a Long term opportunity in City of Industry, CA. This role is ideal for candidates with previous hand soldering or electronic assembly experience who are comfortable working with PCBs and PCBAs in a manufacturing or production environment.

The PCBA Soldering Technician will support electronic assembly operations by performing precise soldering work, following written procedures, and helping ensure finished assemblies meet quality standards. This is a great opportunity to join a hands-on production environment with supportive leadership, team-focused collaboration, and the potential to strengthen your electronics manufacturing skills.

Key Responsibilities

- Perform hand soldering on printed circuit boards and printed circuit board assemblies.
- Assemble electronic components using basic hand tools, soldering equipment, and production instructions.
- Inspect solder joints and completed assemblies for accuracy, quality, and workmanship.
- Follow written work instructions, procedures, safety guidelines, and quality standards.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area to support efficient production flow.
- Communicate quality concerns, material issues, or process questions to the appropriate team lead or supervisor.
