About the Role
We’re looking for a skilled and detail-oriented PCB Repair Technician to join our growing operations team. In this role, you’ll play a critical part in ensuring product quality and reliability by diagnosing, troubleshooting, and repairing printed circuit boards (PCBs) down to the component level. If you enjoy problem-solving, hands-on electronics work, and making an impact on production quality, this is an excellent opportunity to grow your technical career.
Diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair PCBs at the component level
Identify faulty components, perform replacements, and verify functionality
Use test equipment such as multimeters and oscilloscopes
Read and interpret schematics, diagrams, and technical drawings
Document repair activities, test results, and findings accurately
Follow ESD, safety, and quality standards consistently
Collaborate with engineering and production teams to resolve recurring issues
Support production and shipment activities as needed
Maintain systems (e.g., Navision) for tracking repairs and replacements
