AppleOne is partnering with a well-established, family-owned insurance agency in North Fresno to hire a Licensed Property & Casualty Customer Service Representative (CSR). This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced insurance professional who values a supportive, laid-back office culture with room for growth.
About the Role
As a Licensed P&C CSR, you will be the front line for clients, handling incoming calls, assisting with policy changes, rating policies, and providing excellent customer service. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys client interaction and wants long-term stability with a growing agency.
Compensation & Growth
Hourly Pay: $25–$26/hour
Growth Mindset: Employer prefers to hire at a solid starting point and swiftly increase pay for strong performers
Bonus/Commission Plan: Potential bonus or commission structure after 90 days
Schedule
In-Office (Hybrid possible in the future)
Hours:
Monday–Thursday: 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Friday: 9:00 AM – 12:00 PM
Required Qualifications
Active Property & Casualty Insurance License
1+ year of insurance experience in an agency environment
Comfortable handling client phone calls, basic intake, policy changes, and rating
Experience with an Agency Management System (Applied Systems preferred, others acceptable)
Strong communication and customer service skills
Bilingual Spanish is a plus (not required)
