A local client in the manufacturing industry is company is seeking to hire a skilled PCB Conformal Coating Inspector. This role is critical to ensuring the quality and reliability of conformal coating and encapsulation (potting) processes on printed circuit board assemblies (PCBAs).

Key Responsibilities:
-Inspect PCBAs with conformal coating applications under a microscope.
-Train other inspectors as needed.
-Serve as a liaison between Production, Quality, and Engineering teams to establish and implement inspection criteria.

Qualifications:
-Exceptional dexterity and ability to handle small, delicate components using tweezers under a microscope.
-Ability to read and interpret printed circuit board drawings.
-Strong attention to detail and quality standards.
-Familiarity with ISO9001, AS9100, and other relevant quality standards.
-Experience with PCBA conformal coating and encapsulation is a plus.
-Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
-Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
-Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
-Must be ITAR compliant.
