As an Overnight Packaging Associate, you will help keep packaging operations running smoothly by assembling corrugated boxes, inspecting materials, supplying packaging lines, and supporting cleanliness and safety standards. Key Responsibilities

- Assemble corrugated boxes according to production specifications and quality standards.
- Inspect boxes for proper labeling, structural integrity, cleanliness, and overall quality before use.
- Supply completed boxes to packaging lines in a timely manner to support production flow.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area while following GMP, food safety, PPE, hygiene, and safety requirements.
- Report damaged materials, equipment concerns, quality issues, or safety hazards to the appropriate team member.
- Assist with additional production, sanitation, material handling, and cleaning tasks as needed.

Compensation and Benefits

- Pay Rate: $19.00 per hour.
- Schedule: Sunday through Thursday, 10:00 PM to 6:30 AM.
- Job Type: Temp-to-Hire.
- Work Location: On-site in Erlanger, KY 41018.

Required Qualifications and Skills

- Assemble and prepare corrugated boxes to support packaging line operations.
- Inspect packaging materials for labeling accuracy, quality, and structural integrity.
- Supply packaging lines with completed boxes to maintain efficient production flow.
- Support production cleanliness, sanitation, and safety standards.

- High school diploma or GED required.
- Less than 1 year of experience is acceptable, with 1 to 2 years of packaging, assembly, warehouse, or production experience helpful.
- Ability to lift, push, and pull up to 50 lbs. regularly.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and frequently bend, stoop, and reach.
- Basic math and counting skills.
- Ability to follow written and verbal instructions accurately.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced manufacturing or production environment.
- Ability to comply with GMP standards, PPE requirements, food safety procedures, and hygiene guidelines.
- Dependable, safety-focused, detail-oriented, and willing to learn.

Preferred Qualifications

- Previous packaging, warehouse, production, assembly, or manufacturing experience.
- Experience in food production, ingredient manufacturing, or similar regulated production environments.
- Familiarity with GMP, food safety, sanitation, or quality inspection procedures.
