We’re hiring 3rd Shift and Weekend Data Entry / Customer Service Associates to support secure document processing operations in a high-security production environment. What You’ll Be Doing
As a Data Entry / Customer Service Associate, you’ll support critical operations by ensuring information is entered, reviewed, and validated accurately.
Your responsibilities will include:
? Entering and validating data with speed and precision
? Reviewing digitized documents for accuracy and quality
? Reconciling electronic records against documentation
? Following strict customer and banking compliance guidelines
? Meeting individual and team productivity targets
? Making informed decisions on routine tasks
? Escalating non-routine issues to supervisors
? Learning additional processing functions as needed

Qualifications
? Minimum 7-year U.S. residency history
? At least 3 years of consistent work experience
? State-issued identification (Driver’s License or ID Card)
? Ability to pass background and credit check
? Strong attention to detail
? Ability to work independently and as part of a team
? Comfortable sitting for extended periods
Typing Requirement:
? Minimum 7,000 keystrokes per hour (Chicago requirement)
Successful completion of a data entry assessment
