We are seeking energetic, high performing Outside Sales Representatives to join our expanding field sales team within the telecommunications industry. ?? Key Responsibilities:
Engage in direct, face-to-face residential sales (60–80 homes/day)
Promote and sell high-speed internet services in designated territories
Manage personal schedule, appointments, and customer relationships
Input customer and sales data into CRM and sales tracking platforms
Participate in office-based prep, training, and follow-up
?? Education, Experience & Certifications:
Minimum Education: High school diploma or GED required; some college preferred
Experience: 6 months to 3 years in sales, customer service, hospitality, or military background
Certifications/Skills:
CRM tools (Salesforce, HubSpot, Zoho or similar)
Proficiency with Microsoft Office and basic data entry
Valid driver’s license, insurance, and reliable transportation (mileage reimbursed)
Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills
Confidence in cold outreach and door-to-door interaction

Schedule: Monday – Friday (occasional weekend availability)
Hours: Between 8:00 AM – 8:00 PM
Morning: Office prep & admin
Afternoon–Evening: Field sales activity
Flexibility: Midday personal time allowed if on performance pace
