Job Title: National Signage Sales Manager
Department: Sales & Client Relations
Location: Hybrid – Los Angeles Metropolitan Area
Salary: $85,000 base (plus performance incentives, if applicable)

Position Overview:
We are seeking a seasoned, results-driven National Signage Sales Manager to join our growing Sales & Client Relations team. In this hybrid role, you will lead high-profile national accounts, drive new business development, and deliver comprehensive commercial signage solutions across multiple markets.

This opportunity is ideal for a proven signage sales professional who understands the national sales cycle, excels at relationship management, and thrives in a fast-paced, client-focused environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage and grow national signage accounts, fostering long-term client relationships

Identify and develop new business opportunities through networking, prospecting, and referrals

Sell signage solutions to key decision-makers including architects, designers, construction firms, and corporate clients

Drive the full sales cycle from initial outreach and discovery through proposal development, negotiation, and close

Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless project execution and client satisfaction

Maintain accurate sales forecasts and pipeline activity

Required Qualifications:

Proven experience selling commercial signage to national chain accounts

Strong understanding of the signage industry and national sales processes

Demonstrated success in consultative, solution-based selling

Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills

Ability to manage multiple accounts and priorities simultaneously
