We are looking for an individual to lead our sales efforts in the Texas Region and help us uphold the highest standard of service that we provide to our customers. The territory manager role manages and continues to grow our sales efforts in Texas. This role will provide product knowledge to customers, become a trustworthy partner to help distributors grow their fastener sales, and will be a key contributor to the growth of sales and future product offerings for the organization. This role will work closely with our knowledgeable inside sales team and will meet with existing and future customers on a regular basis.

Responsibilities include:
- Effectively communicating the core values of our business with new and existing customers
- Having a customer focused approach to following through on requests and individual needs
- Coordinating product knowledge trainings that effectively describes the features, advantages, and benefits of our products to drive distributor sales growth
- Developing and executing a weekly schedule of appointments with customers in the territory by implementing strong time management skills
- Prospecting new customers and areas of business
- Proactively following up on quote opportunities and closing on sale opportunities
- Developing strong relationships with customers

Requirements:
- Willingness to travel between 50-75%
- Related work experience in outside sales a must
- Must have minimum 2 years fastener industry or related Building materials experience
