As an Outside Sales Rep, you’ll be the face of [Company Name] in the field. You’ll identify new business opportunities, build strong relationships, and provide tailored solutions to help clients achieve their goals. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, self-directed environment and enjoys meeting and exceeding sales targets.
Responsibilities:
Prospect and develop new client relationships through cold calling, networking, and referrals
Conduct face-to-face meetings with clients to understand needs and present product/service solutions
Prepare and deliver sales presentations and proposals
Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales goals
Maintain CRM records and provide regular reports on sales activity
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction and smooth onboarding
Requirements:
2+ years of outside sales experience (preferred)
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong negotiation and closing abilities
Self-motivated with a results-driven mindset
Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
Proficiency with CRM software is a plus
