This position offers a hybrid work schedule to provide flexibility while being an integral part of a dynamic customer service team.

Key Responsibilities:
- Acknowledge, confirm, enter, process, and monitor customer orders to ensure timely and accurate fulfillment.
- Proactively communicate with customers (dealers, distributors, and sales representatives) about any issues related to orders, including product quality, availability, shipping, and billing.
- Provide regular updates to customers and sales representatives regarding order statuses and any related changes.
- Provide exceptional customer support via phone, email, and other electronic communication, ensuring quick and accurate resolutions.
- Establish and maintain accurate customer account details.
- Process returns, including warranty claims, in an efficient and customer-friendly manner.
- Offer product information and support opportunities for upselling and cross-selling where appropriate.

The Ideal Candidate Will Have:
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to positively address customer inquiries and resolve issues.
- Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to build lasting customer relationships.
- A minimum of 2 years of customer service, sales, or operations experience.
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Computer proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and experience with databases.
- Strong organizational skills and a keen attention to detail.
- An enthusiastic, positive attitude and a customer-first mindset.
- Previous experience in the outdoor apparel industry is preferred but not required.
