Outbound Call Center Representative (Remote - Texas Only)
Location: Remote (Candidates must reside in Texas)
Job Type: Part-time (30 hours/week), Temporary (4 months)

About the Role:
Are you a skilled communicator with a passion for helping people? Do you have experience making calls from a call center? Join our team as a Remote Outbound Call Center Representative! We're looking for motivated individuals to help us retrieve important health information for our clients. This is a temporary, four-month assignment with a great team.

What You'll Do:
-Make regular outbound phone calls to facilities to get medical records quickly.
-Retrieve medical records using fax, mail, or by accessing online systems.
-Work closely with your team and external providers to keep projects on track.
-Follow guidelines and use your training to make important decisions.
-Help ensure timely and accurate information retrieval.

What You'll Need to Apply (Requirements):
-1-2 years of call center experience, specifically with outbound calls.
-Medical experience is a plus!
-Ability to type at least forty words per minute (40 WPM).
-Comfortable working on a computer screen for most of the day.
-Ability to pass a background check.


Important: You must be available to work the full four-month assignment without missing any days.

Your Home Setup (MUST Have Your Own Equipment):
-A working headset.
-A monitor, PC, or laptop with camera access.
-MUST be connected to the internet with an ETHERNET CABLE (Wi-Fi is NOT allowed).
-A quiet space at home for working.

Schedule & Pay:
Hours: Monday - Friday, 11:00 AM - 5:30 PM CST
Pay Rate: Starting at $13 per hour, potentially up to $15 per hour based on experience.
Training: You will receive two weeks of paid training.
