Shreveport–Bossier Area | Monday–Friday, 8 AM–5 PM | On-Call Rotation Every 4–5 Weeks

What You’ll Do
Provide direct, hands-on care to patients in a clinical setting
Train primarily in Cranial Remolding, working closely with infants, new mothers, and families
Cross-train as an Ortho Fitter, assisting patients with orthopedic braces and devices
Participate in an on-call rotation every 4–5 weeks (24/7 availability for hospital calls)
Make device adjustments using basic hand tools (training provided)
Deliver compassionate support, clear communication, and excellent patient care
Utilize basic computer skills to document visits and update patient records
What We’re Looking For
Experience providing direct patient care (MA, CNA, tech, or similar preferred)
A calm, caring, and patient demeanor, especially when working with infants and new parents
Strong desire to learn a specialized skill set and grow in the orthotics field
Basic computer proficiency and comfort working in a clinical environment
Ability to use, or willingness to learn to use, basic hand tools for device fitting
Prior DME/orthotics experience is a plus but not required
