Job Summary
We are seeking an Order Management Analyst for a direct hire opportunity in Henderson, NV. This role is ideal for a detail-oriented administrative and order processing professional who enjoys supporting corporate customers, coordinating shipments, resolving order issues, and helping ensure accurate, timely fulfillment.
The Order Management Analyst will work closely with sales, inventory, logistics, production, shipping, warehouses, carriers, brokers, and customers to keep orders moving efficiently. Key Responsibilities
- Process customer orders, invoices, purchase orders, and updates while maintaining accurate customer and order information in the ERP system.
- Coordinate order scheduling and product shipments from distribution centers and warehouses to support timely and cost-effective fulfillment.
- Monitor bills of lading, tally sheets, shipment status, and delivery timelines to ensure order accuracy and completion.
- Research, trace, and resolve order, shipping, carrier, broker, warehouse, and customer service issues.
- Communicate with customers regarding shipping dates, anticipated delays, special labeling requirements, and other order-related updates.
- Support delinquent account research, payment discrepancy resolution, end-of-season merchandise return invoices, and accounts receivable tasks as needed.

- Salary range: $43,680 to $47,840 per year.

Required Qualifications and Skills
- Process and manage customer orders, invoices, purchase orders, and ERP order notes.
- Coordinate shipments, delivery schedules, bills of lading, and communication with logistics partners.
- Research and resolve order fulfillment, shipping, customer service, and payment discrepancy issues.
- Support sales, inventory, logistics, shipping, warehouse, and production teams to ensure timely order completion.
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Minimum of 3 years of practical customer service experience supporting corporate customers.
- Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Office Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Access.
- Strong telephone skills with clear oral and written communication skills in English.
- Strong analytical, research, troubleshooting, and problem-solving abilities.
- Results-oriented and self-motivated with the ability to multitask under tight deadlines and timeframes.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while maintaining accuracy and attention to detail.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience working in manufacturing, distribution, logistics, warehouse, or order fulfillment environments.
- Experience using ERP systems for order processing, customer notes, shipment tracking, or invoicing.
- Familiarity with bills of lading, carrier coordination, purchase orders, and accounts receivable support.
