A growing operations team in Irvine, CA is seeking an Order Processor for a direct hire opportunity. This role is ideal for a detail-oriented, dependable professional who enjoys hands-on order fulfillment, warehouse coordination, shipping accuracy, and system-driven work.
The Order Processor plays a key role in ensuring customer orders are entered, labeled, packaged, and shipped accurately and on time. Key Responsibilities
- Process customer orders accurately in NetSuite, including order documentation, labels, part numbers, quantities, and configurations.
- Pull inventory, prepare goods, package orders, and ensure a professional presentation for customer shipments.
- Create, apply, and verify product labels, including recoding transceivers and other products as required.
- Process outbound shipments using UPS and FedEx shipping software while verifying shipping details and documentation.
- Ensure orders are completed and ready for carrier pickup by daily cutoff times.
- Support warehouse operations as needed, including labeling, packing, shipping, organizing, and assisting with workflow bottlenecks.

- Salary range: $45,760 to $49,920 per year.

Required Qualifications and Skills
- Process customer orders accurately through NetSuite and related fulfillment systems.
- Prepare, label, package, and ship customer orders under daily shipping deadlines.
- Support warehouse functions including inventory pulling, product labeling, packing, and carrier handoff.
- Maintain accuracy and quality while working in a fast-paced, time-sensitive environment.
- 1 to 2 years of relevant experience in order processing, warehouse operations, shipping, fulfillment, production support, or a related role.
- Strong technical aptitude and comfort working with order management or ERP systems.
- Ability to process shipments using UPS and FedEx shipping software.
- High attention to detail with the ability to verify part numbers, quantities, labels, and shipping documentation.
- Proficiency with computers and general business software.
- Ability to work quickly while maintaining accuracy and professional quality standards.
- Strong sense of urgency, ownership, reliability, and accountability.
- Positive attitude with a willingness to assist across warehouse functions as needed.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physical warehouse tasks.
- Valid U.S. driver’s license with a clean driving record.
- Must be able to speak, read, and write English proficiently.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience using NetSuite or a similar ERP/order management system.
- Experience with Outlook, Excel, and Word.
- Prior experience in high-volume order fulfillment, shipping, labeling, packaging, or production operations.
- Familiarity with inventory accuracy, product coding, and professional shipment preparation.
