Temporary-- We are looking for a detail-oriented and highly organized Order Processing Administrator. This role plays a crucial part in the smooth operation of our business, and we are seeking someone with a solid background in order processing, who thrives in fast-paced, high-volume environments.
Key Responsibilities:
Accurately process customer orders from entry to delivery, ensuring all information is entered into the system with precision.
Work closely with the shipping and inventory teams to ensure timely order fulfillment and delivery.
Address any discrepancies or issues with orders, providing clear communication to customers and vendors to maintain satisfaction.
Keep up-to-date records of orders, customer interactions, and product inventory.
Provide daily updates on order status and quickly resolve any issues that may arise.
Qualifications:
At least 2 years of experience in order processing or a similar administrative role.
Advanced knowledge of order management systems and MS Excel.
Strong attention to detail, with the ability to spot discrepancies and errors quickly.
Ability to adapt to a fast-paced work environment, manage shifting priorities, and meet deadlines.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
