Order Processing Manager (EDI Experience Required) – Kent, WA

A well-established and growing organization in the Kent, WA area is seeking a hands-on Order Processing Manager to lead its Order Processing team. This is a 100% on-site role responsible for overseeing the full order lifecycle, improving fulfillment efficiency, and ensuring accurate, timely processing for retail customers.

This role requires strong experience with EDI (Electronic Data Interchange), as the majority of orders are processed electronically.

Responsibilities:
Oversee end-to-end order processing from receipt through shipment
Lead and support the Order Processing team, including training and performance management
Ensure accurate and timely EDI order transactions
Partner with sales, logistics, customer service, and warehouse teams to support fulfillment
Identify and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and accuracy
Resolve order issues, discrepancies, and customer inquiries
Maintain compliance with company procedures and customer requirements

Qualifications:
Experience in order processing, order management, logistics, or supply chain
Strong working knowledge of EDI systems and transactions
Leadership or team supervision experience
Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities
Experience with ERP systems (Apprise ERP a plus)
3–5+ years of relevant experience preferred
