About the Role
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Order Processing Coordinator to join our team on a temp to hire basis. This role is crucial in managing the full EDI order life cycle, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and seamless coordination across departments and partners. This is an onsite position based in Cerritos, CA, requiring hands-on involvement in daily operations.

Key Responsibilities:
Independently process and manage EDI orders with high accuracy.
Retrieve, validate, and document purchase orders for seamless processing.
Monitor daily EDI transactions (order acknowledgments, shipping notices, invoices).
Coordinate shipments and delivery schedules with 3PL partners.
Track and validate order details, proactively resolving discrepancies.
Troubleshoot EDI issues in collaboration with IT (e.g., transmission errors, mapping issues).
Monitor shipment status and resolve logistics issues with 3PL and Customer Service teams.
Act as the central contact for order processing inquiries.
Support process improvement initiatives to enhance automation and efficiency.
Provide timely updates on operational anomalies or concerns.
Maintain accurate records in compliance with company policies and regulations.

Qualifications:
High School Diploma or GED required; AA degree preferred.
2+ years of experience with EDI systems and order processing workflows.
1+ years in order fulfillment, supply chain, eCommerce, or related field.
Experience with ERP systems; QuickBooks knowledge is a plus.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word).
Strong organizational and communication skills.
Detail-oriented with the ability to multitask and adapt to changing priorities.
