OA Reference: Order Processing Analyst
We are currently seeking three Order Processing Analysts to join our team. This is a hybrid role based out of our New Jersey office, offering the opportunity to contribute to a dynamic environment within order processing, billing, and compliance.
Responsibilities
As an Order Processing Analyst, you will:
Manage hands-on contract and sales order processing within the order processing & billing departments.
Collaborate with compliance teams to ensure risk management standards are met.
Support a multi-department project spanning multiple systems.
Work within Salesforce and other ordering systems to entitle services, add billing charges, and reconcile reports for invoicing.
Qualifications
We are looking for candidates who bring:
Prior experience in a project-based or corporate environment (preferred).
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, with a strong emphasis on Excel.
Excellent communication, organizational, and follow-up abilities, with keen attention to detail.
Experience with Customer Relationship Management (CRM) and billing systems (preferred).
