Job Summary:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Order Management Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing the full order lifecycle, ensuring accurate and timely processing, and providing excellent customer service throughout the order fulfillment process.
Key Responsibilities:
Process and manage customer orders accurately from receipt to delivery.
Coordinate with sales, logistics, and warehouse teams to ensure smooth order fulfillment.
Monitor order status and proactively resolve any issues or delays.
Maintain accurate records of orders, shipments, and inventory.
Communicate with customers to confirm order details, delivery schedules, and resolve inquiries.
Assist with invoicing and billing related to order processing.
Support process improvements to enhance order management efficiency.
Generate regular reports on order metrics and performance.
Qualifications:
Previous experience in order management, logistics, or related roles preferred.
Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
Excellent communication and customer service abilities.
Proficient in Microsoft Office and order management software or ERP systems.
Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
