About the Role:
We’re partnering with a well-established construction supply company known for having a solid team and a steady flow of work. This role sits right in the middle of it all, working closely with customers, warehouse teams, and purchasing to keep orders moving and projects on track.
They’re looking for someone who enjoys being the go-to person, keeping things organized, and making sure nothing slips through the cracks. If you like a role where your work is visible and appreciated, this could be a great fit.
What You’ll Be Doing:
- Manage customer orders from entry through delivery
- Communicate with customers around order status, changes, and backorders
- Coordinate with purchasing and warehouse teams to keep everything aligned
- Help manage delivery schedules and flag any discrepancies early
- Learn the product line so you can confidently support customers and internal teams
- Look for ways to improve processes and keep things running smoothly
What They’re Looking For:
- 3+ years of customer service, order desk, or coordination experience
- Comfort working in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Someone who takes initiative and follows things through
- Familiarity with construction materials or tools is helpful, but not required
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office
