Position Summary
The Order Entry / QA Specialist is responsible for reviewing, verifying, and validating customer order information to ensure accuracy before orders move into production and fulfillment. This role plays a critical part in maintaining product quality, operational efficiency, and customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
Review customer purchase orders to ensure accuracy and completeness
Verify product details, pricing, quantities, and specifications per company standards
Communicate with internal teams to resolve discrepancies or obtain missing information
Maintain daily order processing quotas while ensuring accuracy and consistency
Support Order Entry team members by answering questions related to order requirements
Uphold quality standards and ensure on-time order processing
Contribute to continuous process improvements and quality initiatives
What We’re Looking For
Strong attention to detail with the ability to identify errors or inconsistencies
Proven experience in order entry, data entry, or purchase order processing
Ability to learn product catalogs, workflows, and internal systems quickly
Solid problem-solving and decision-making skills
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Comfortable working cross-functionally in a fast-paced environment
Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines without sacrificing accuracy
Education & Experience
High school diploma or equivalent required
2+ years of experience in order entry or order processing
Strong written and verbal communication skills in English
Basic math skills
Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Outlook, and general computer systems
