We are seeking a detail-oriented Quality Assurance / Order Entry Representative to join our client’s QA/OE department. This role plays a critical part in ensuring that customer purchase orders are entered accurately, shipping requirements are met, and product quality standards are upheld. The ideal candidate will have 1–3 years of order entry and/or quality assurance experience, preferably with exposure to shipping, freight routing, and customer fulfillment processes.

Key Responsibilities

Accurately review, enter, and update purchase orders according to QA and order entry standards.

Communicate with internal departments to resolve missing or incorrect order details.

Monitor orders in process and follow up to ensure timely completion and compliance with requirements.

Support the order entry team by answering questions and clarifying order details.

Verify that all processed orders meet quality standards before release.

Maintain a high level of accuracy and efficiency while meeting daily processing quotas.

Ensure customer satisfaction by maintaining a strong focus on product quality and service standards.

Qualifications

1–3 years of experience in order entry, quality assurance, or related customer fulfillment role.

Strong attention to detail with proven ability to work with accuracy under deadlines.

Knowledge of shipping, freight routing, and logistics processes preferred.

Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Proficient with MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) and order processing systems.

High school diploma, GED, or equivalent required.
