Order Entry - Must have experience working with CPG (Consumer Packaged Goods)

Scope of Position
The Order Processing Associate's primary role is to manage daily order processing, ensuring adherence to customer policies to avoid penalties.

·Order Processing: Efficiently process 1P and 3P Amazon orders weekly, ensuring accuracy and timely fulfillment in line with Amazon’s standards.
· Order Shipment Monitoring: Track all orders to confirm on-time shipping and promptly address any delays.
· Customer Service Support: Deliver excellent customer service by responding to sales and customer inquiries promptly, providing clear guidance, and aligning with the company’s goals.
· Inventory Issue Assistance: Work with the Operations team to identify and address basic inventory issues, ensuring sufficient stock for Amazon orders.
· Order Accuracy Verification: Review orders before submission to confirm correct products, quantities, and shipping details.

Huge plus but not a must:
· Experience in Amazon Seller Central/Vendor Central
· SAP knowledge is preferred
