Job Summary

We are seeking a detail-oriented Order Entry Associate for a temp-to-hire opportunity in Oxnard, CA. Key Responsibilities

- Review customer purchase orders for accuracy, completeness, and compliance with company standards.
- Enter and process order information accurately to support production readiness and timely fulfillment.
- Verify order details, documentation, and required information before releasing orders for next steps.
- Identify discrepancies and coordinate with internal teams to obtain missing or corrected information.
- Maintain daily productivity goals while meeting high standards for accuracy and quality.
- Support order entry, customer service, and quality assurance objectives through consistent follow-up and documentation.

Compensation and Benefits

- Pay range: $22 to $23 per hour.

- 3 to 5 years of administrative, order entry, data entry, or order processing experience.
- Strong data entry accuracy and attention to detail.
- Ability to review purchase orders, documentation, and order requirements carefully.
- Clear written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage priorities in a structured workflow.
- Ability to follow established procedures and meet daily productivity and quality expectations.
- Professional, accountable, and team-oriented work style.

Preferred Qualifications

- Experience processing customer purchase orders in a manufacturing, production, distribution, or similar business environment.
- Familiarity with ERP, order management, or business system data entry.
- Experience supporting internal teams such as customer service, production, quality, or operations.
- Ability to identify process issues and contribute to continuous improvement efforts.
