Job Responsibilities
-Perform assembly, repair, and testing of medical catheter devices
-Follow standardized procedures and quality guidelines
-Work with small components under a microscope
-Maintain accurate written and electronic documentation
-Follow FDA regulations, cleanroom procedures, and safety guidelines
-Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors
-Perform repetitive hand movements including grabbing, pinching, pulling, and twisting
-Sit or stand for extended periods throughout the shift
-Preferred Experience
-Medical device assembly
-Cleanroom manufacturing environment
--Microscope work and small-part assembly
-Hand soldering
-Maintaining production documentation
Qualifications
-Ability to read and follow written procedures and verbal instructions
-Strong attention to detail and quality
-Positive attitude and team-oriented mindset
-Comfortable performing repetitive tasks with small components
