Seeking an Operator I to produce high-quality medical devices within a cleanroom environment. This position requires attention to detail, steady hands, and the ability to follow strict procedures to ensure compliance with FDA regulations and quality standards.
Multiple shifts are available.
Responsibilities:
• Assemble, repair, and test medical catheters under close supervision.
• Maintain compliance and accurate documentation for all processes.
• Handle and maneuver small components and parts under a microscope.
• Follow written procedures and verbal instructions while meeting production standards.
• Collaborate with team members and maintain a positive, safety-focused attitude.
Qualifications:
• Experience with manual assembly of medical devices, hand soldering, and cleanroom procedures preferred.
• Ability to work with microscopes for extended periods.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to sit or stand for long periods and perform repetitive tasks (grab, pinch, pull, twist).
