Hiring: Operator – Medical Device Manufacturing

Are you detail-oriented, reliable, and ready to work in a fast-paced, cleanroom environment? We’re seeking an Operator to join a leading medical device manufacturer in Irvine, CA. This is an exciting opportunity to be part of a team producing life-saving products.
What You’ll Do:
Assemble, repair, and test medical catheters under supervision
Work within a cleanroom environment following safety and FDA regulations
Maintain compliance with all quality standards and documentation requirements
Use microscopes and hand tools for precision assembly
Follow written procedures and verbal instructions accurately
Communicate clearly with team members and maintain a positive work attitude
Handle and maneuver small parts; perform repetitive tasks such as pinching, pulling, twisting
Sit or stand for extended periods during shift
Preferred Experience:
Manual assembly of medical devices
Microscope work for extended periods
Hand soldering
Previous cleanroom experience
Accurate written and electronic documentation
Requirements:
1–2 years of relevant experience in manufacturing or medical device assembly
High School Diploma or GED
Strong attention to detail and ability to follow strict procedures
