Responsibilities:
• Assemble, repair, and test medical catheters according to standardized procedures.
• Maintain accurate documentation in compliance with FDA regulations.
• Handle small components under a microscope, performing fine motor tasks such as soldering, assembling, and manipulating parts.
• Follow safety guidelines and maintain a clean, organized workspace.
• Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors.
• Maintain a positive attitude when interacting with internal and external customers.
Preferred Experience:
• Manual assembly of medical devices in a cleanroom environment.
• Use of tools and microscopes for precision assembly.
• Hand soldering.
• Written and electronic documentation in a regulated environment.
Requirements:
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to read and follow written/verbal instructions.
• Proficiency with electronic data systems and software.
• Strong attention to detail, problem-solving skills, and ability to prioritize tasks.
• Manual dexterity for handling small components and performing repetitive tasks.
• Understanding of Lean Manufacturing principles is a plus.
• Ability to sit or stand for extended periods
