Job Summary

We are seeking an Operator 1 for a contract/temporary opportunity with a growing medical device manufacturing environment in Temecula, CA. As an Operator 1, you will work in a cleanroom setting assembling, repairing, and testing medical catheter devices. Key Responsibilities

- Perform assembly, repair, and testing of medical catheter devices according to established procedures.
- Work with small components under a microscope while maintaining accuracy and quality standards.
- Follow FDA regulations, cleanroom procedures, safety guidelines, and internal quality requirements.
- Maintain accurate written and electronic production documentation.
- Perform repetitive hand movements such as grabbing, pinching, pulling, twisting, and handling small parts.
- Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors to support production goals.

Compensation and Benefits

- Pay rate: $20 to $21 per hour.

Required Qualifications and Skills

- Assemble, repair, and test medical catheter devices in a regulated production environment.
- Perform microscope-based small-part assembly with strong attention to detail.

- Follow cleanroom procedures, FDA requirements, safety guidelines, and quality standards.

- 1 to 2 years of relevant experience preferred for this Operator 1 role.
- Ability to read and follow written procedures and verbal instructions.
- Strong attention to detail, quality, and accuracy.
- Comfortable performing repetitive tasks with small components.
- Ability to sit or stand for extended periods throughout the shift.
- Positive attitude, dependable attendance, and a team-oriented mindset.
- Effective communication skills with team members, leads, and supervisors.

Preferred Qualifications

- Previous medical device assembly experience.
- Experience working in a cleanroom manufacturing environment.
- Microscope work and small-part assembly experience.
- Hand soldering experience.
- Experience maintaining production documentation in a regulated environment.
