Job Summary

We are seeking an Operator 1 for a contract/temporary opportunity in Temecula, CA. This role is ideal for candidates with some manufacturing experience who are ready to build their skills in a structured, team-oriented production environment.

As an Operator 1, you will support assembly and manufacturing operations by following established procedures, using hand tools, handling materials, and helping maintain quality and safety standards. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys hands-on work, clear processes, teamwork, and learning within a fast-paced production setting.

Key Responsibilities

- Perform basic assembly, production, and operator tasks according to written procedures and work instructions.
- Use hand tools to handle, manipulate, assemble, or inspect materials and components.
- Follow company policies, safety requirements, quality standards, and production procedures.
- Enter or access basic information using a desktop computer or production system.
- Work closely with team members and supervisors to meet daily production goals.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area throughout the shift.





Required Qualifications and Skills

- Support assembly line and manufacturing production activities.
- Follow detailed procedures, policies, and quality requirements.
- Use hand tools and basic computer systems during daily operations.
- Help maintain productivity, safety, and teamwork on the production floor.

- Some manufacturing experience is required.
- Ability to follow policies, procedures, work instructions, and safety guidelines.
- Ability to lift and carry items up to 50 pounds.
- Ability to navigate a computer and use basic desktop computer skills.
- Ability to read, write, and interpret information accurately.
- Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide.
- Ability to sit, walk, or stand for up to 10 hours per day.
- Ability to intermittently crawl, squat, climb, twist, bend, stoop, push, or pull.
- Must possess visual acuity, including close vision, distance vision, color vision, depth perception, and ability to adjust focus.
- Must be able to pass an eye exam and color vision test.
- Ability to coordinate and work well with others in a team environment.

Preferred Qualifications

- Prior assembly, production, or medical manufacturing experience is a plus.
