Job Summary

We are seeking an Operator 1 for a contract/temporary opportunity in Temecula, CA, supporting the production of high-quality medical devices in a cleanroom manufacturing environment. This role is ideal for candidates with 1-2 years of production, assembly, or medical device experience who are detail-oriented, quality-focused, and comfortable working with small components.

As an Operator 1, you will perform routine assembly, repair, and testing operations on medical catheters while following standardized procedures and FDA-regulated documentation requirements. Key Responsibilities

- Perform assembly, repair, and testing operations on medical catheter components under close supervision.
- Follow written procedures, verbal instructions, safety guidelines, and quality standards in a cleanroom environment.
- Accurately complete written and electronic documentation to support traceability and FDA compliance.
- Handle and maneuver small components and parts, including work performed under a microscope.
- Communicate clearly with team members regarding ideas, production issues, quality concerns, and solutions.
- Perform repetitive hand assembly tasks such as gripping, pinching, pulling, and twisting while maintaining accuracy and consistency.

- Pay rate: $19.25 per hour.
- Job type: Contract/temporary.

- A sign-on attendance bonus is available for 2nd shift Operators.

Required Qualifications and Skills

- Assemble, repair, and test medical catheter components in a cleanroom production setting.
- Maintain accurate documentation for traceability, quality control, and FDA-regulated production requirements.
- Use hand tools and perform detailed assembly work with small parts, including microscope-assisted tasks.
- Follow standardized procedures to support safe, compliant, and efficient manufacturing operations.

- 1-2 years of relevant manufacturing, production, assembly, or related experience preferred for this level.
- Ability to read, comprehend, and follow written procedures and verbal instructions.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality, compliance, and safety.
- Ability to sit and stand for long periods during the shift.
- Ability to perform repetitive hand movements, including grabbing, pinching, pulling, and twisting.
- Clear communication skills and a positive, team-focused attitude.
- Comfort working in a controlled cleanroom environment.

Preferred Qualifications

- Experience manually assembling medical devices.
- Experience assembling small components under a microscope for extended periods.
- Hand soldering experience.
- Previous cleanroom manufacturing experience.
- Experience maintaining written and electronic production documentation.
