Operations Support Coordinator

Northern VA global organization is seeking a detail-driven Operations Support Coordinator to keep service contracts accurate, timely, and customer-focused. If you’re organized, tech-savvy, and enjoy problem-solving across teams, this role is for you!

What You’ll Do:
-Enter and manage contracts in SAP CRM
-Communicate with Service & Sales Managers
-Troubleshoot and resolve contract issues
-Support projects and ensure compliance

What You Bring:
-SAP/CRM experience a plus
-Superb Microsoft Excel & Outlook skills
-Excellent communication & organizational skills
-Recent customer service experience
-Associate degree or equivalent experience
