OA Reference: Operations Support Analyst
Role Summary:
We are seeking a proactive, detail-oriented analyst to provide operational support to internal teams, ensure workflow compliance, and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide first-line operational support and resolve issues in alignment with SLAs
Collaborate with stakeholders, including the Puerto Rico Medicaid Program
Support system testing (test plans, cases, and scripts)
Analyze business processes and recommend improvements
Assist with data management, reporting, and presentations
Analyze data to support business decisions
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, or related field
5–10 years of relevant experience
Medicaid/MMIS experience preferred
Knowledge of CURAM and Microsoft Office tools
Bilingual (English/Spanish)
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
Position Details:
Temporary Full-Time (Exempt)
12-month contract with potential for extension
$20–$25 per hour, based on experience
