We are seeking an experienced Operations Supervisor to manage the warehouse team and ensure smooth, efficient daily operations. This role requires someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, has strong leadership skills, and is committed to operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities

Supervise and guide warehouse staff to meet productivity and safety goals

Oversee inventory, receiving, shipping, and order fulfillment

Monitor performance metrics and implement process improvements

Ensure compliance with safety protocols and company policies

Assist with staffing, scheduling, and performance evaluations

Qualifications

3–5 years of warehouse or logistics experience, including supervisory responsibilities

Strong organizational, problem-solving, and leadership skills

Proficiency with WMS/ERP systems and Microsoft Office

Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
