We’re hiring an Operations Supervisor to lead day-to-day operations, drive efficiency, and support a high-performing team. This role is hands-on and focused on keeping things running smoothly while improving processes along the way.

What you’ll do

Supervise daily operations and ensure workflow efficiency
Lead, coach, and develop a team to meet performance goals
Monitor KPIs and identify areas for improvement
Implement and improve operational processes and procedures
Coordinate with cross-functional teams to support business needs
Manage scheduling, staffing, and resource allocation
Ensure compliance with company policies and safety standards

What we’re looking for

3–7+ years of experience in operations, logistics, or a related field
Prior leadership or supervisory experience
Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
Ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment
Data-driven mindset with experience tracking performance metrics
Clear communicator who can motivate and hold a team accountable
