We’re hiring an Operations Supervisor to support daily operations in West Chicago. This is a hands-on leadership role where you’ll oversee production, office operations, shipping, and receiving—with a strong emphasis on production.

What You’ll Do

Oversee daily operations across office and warehouse functions
Lead, train, and develop team members to drive performance
Monitor production workflows and identify areas for improvement
Partner with internal teams to ensure smooth communication and execution
Manage inventory, order fulfillment, and vendor coordination
Ensure safety standards are met through regular inspections
Troubleshoot operational challenges and implement solutions
Track performance metrics and report on operational data

What We’re Looking For

2+ years of experience in an operations or production leadership role
Strong background in production/manufacturing (highly preferred)
Proven ability to lead and motivate a team
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced environment
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and operational systems
Experience in packaging or related industries is a plus
