Operations Specialist

Overview:
We are seeking an organized and motivated Operations Specialist to support day-to-day business operations, project coordination, and field support activities. This role is ideal for someone who wants to gain hands-on exposure to operations, logistics, and project workflows within a fast-paced environment.

The Operations Specialist will work closely with leadership, office staff, vendors, and field teams to help keep projects running smoothly while learning the operational side of the business. This position offers strong long-term growth potential for someone interested in operations management or project coordination.

Responsibilities:
Support daily operational activities and assist with coordinating projects, vendors, and internal teams
Maintain vendor information, track services and materials, and help ensure accounts remain organized and up to date
Assist with onboarding new employees, including equipment setup, systems access, and administrative coordination
Monitor and track inventory, materials, and warehouse supplies
Coordinate field support requests, material needs, and logistics with field and office teams
Assist with scheduling, subcontractor coordination, and operational workflows
Support purchasing and inventory processes to help align materials with project timelines and business needs
Maintain organized records, documentation, and operational reports
Assist with safety and compliance coordination, including scheduling trainings and maintaining required documentation
Help identify opportunities to improve processes and operational efficiency

Qualifications:
Strong organizational and multitasking skills with the ability to manage competing priorities
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Comfortable working with technology and business systems, including Microsoft Office and Excel
Detail-oriented with strong follow-through and problem-solving abilities
Ability to work independently while supporting a collaborative team environment
Accounting, bookkeeping, inventory, or administrative experience is a plus
Experience with QuickBooks or similar systems is helpful but not required
Interest in operations, logistics, project coordination, or business management preferred

Work Environment:
This role is primarily office-based with regular interaction with warehouse operations, vendors, and field personnel. Occasional visits to operational or project sites may be required.
