We are partnering with a growing and innovative organization in Fremont to identify a Operations Manager to lead day-to-day business operations and drive organizational efficiency. This is a high-impact, direct hire role ideal for a proactive leader who thrives in fast-paced environments and is passionate about process optimization and operational excellence.
Position Overview
The Operations Manager will play a critical role in ensuring seamless cross-functional coordination, improving processes, and executing key business initiatives. This individual will work closely with leadership and cross-functional teams to drive performance, scalability, and continuous improvement across the organization.
Key Responsibilities
Operational Leadership
Oversee daily operations across multiple departments to ensure efficiency, quality, and consistent output
Develop and implement operational strategies aligned with company goals
Monitor KPIs and performance metrics; provide regular reporting to leadership
Identify process gaps, bottlenecks, and lead continuous improvement initiatives
Process & Systems Management
Design, document, and optimize SOPs and workflows
Evaluate and implement tools, technologies, and systems to improve efficiency
Manage vendor and supplier relationships to ensure quality and cost-effectiveness
Oversee inventory management, resource allocation, and capacity planning
Team Leadership & Collaboration
Lead, mentor, and develop operations staff and coordinators
Partner cross-functionally with Logistics, Engineering, Finance, and Administrative teams
Facilitate strong communication across departments for alignment and accountability
Foster a culture of performance, ownership, and continuous improvement
Engage with customers and headquarters to drive operational enhancements
Budget & Financial Oversight
Manage operational budgets, forecasting, and cost control initiatives
Analyze financial and operational data to identify cost savings and revenue opportunities
Prepare and present reports, forecasts, and business cases to leadership
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, Engineering, or related field
5+ years of progressive operations experience, including 2+ years in a leadership role
Proven success driving process improvements and operational efficiency
Strong analytical skills with experience using data to inform decisions
Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management abilities
Proficiency with tools such as Excel, Salesforce, ERP systems, or project management platforms (e.g., Asana)
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
Strong understanding of the RMA lifecycle
Bilingual in Mandarin is a plus
Preferred Experience
Background in consumer electronics, hardware, manufacturing, or supply chain operations
Lean, Six Sigma, or PMP certification
Experience scaling operations in a high-growth or enterprise environment
Familiarity with data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI)
Experience working with large enterprise customers and global suppliers
