Established NVOCC in Doral is seeking an experience Operations Manager with strong background in NVOCC and freight forwarding operations to oversee daily Ocean and Air import and export operations, ensure efficiency, maintain compliance, and lead op's team.

Responsibilities include but not limited to:
- Lead Air & Ocean import/export operations end-to-end
- Handle NVOCC documentation (HBL/MBL, AMS, ISF, AES)
- Ensure regulatory compliance and shipment accuracy
- Monitor shipments, carrier performance, and resolve issues
- Coordinate with global partners and vendors
- Manage and develop operations staff
- Streamline processes and enforce SOPs
- Oversee workload, deadlines, and team performance
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales and Accounting
- Use of CargoWise for processing, tracking, and reporting
- Maintain accurate data and improve system efficiency

Qualifications
5+ years freight forwarding/NVOCC experience
2+ years in a leadership role
Strong knowledge of Air & Ocean regulations
CargoWise required | Bilingual English/Spanish required
Proven leadership, organization, and problem-solving skills
Experience with compliance, bonded cargo, and global clients
