We are urgently looking for an Operations Manager to provide effective guidance and support to our team. We offer a stable environment, great benefits, and opportunities for growth! This Operations Manager will supervise, lead, and motivate a team of members on a daily basis. The ideal candidate has excellent communication skills and takes a proactive approach to both company and team goals.

Key Responsibilities:
- Familiarity with operational procedure at all levels of the organization.
- Well-organized to handle day to day operations with efficiency and time management.
- Responsible for developing intra-office communication protocols, streamlining administrative procedures, inventory control, office staff supervision
- Empower the operational team to meet business goals and projection, and all of the offices’ administrative activities.
- Ability to inspire employees to live up their potential and optimize their productivity
- Produce reports on company operations. Achieves monthly, quarterly, and yearly sales performance goal/target

Qualifications:
- 10+ years’ experience in leadership positions
- Sales knowledge, marketing or business with technology experience to generate sales and auto parts industry is plus
- Comfort with fast-paced environment, strong attention-to-detail
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite. Experienced with ERP system is a plus
- Exceptional time management skills; ability to organize, prioritize, and manage multiple projects with overlapping goals and objectives
- Ability to influence and interact with senior management
- Bilingual – English & Mandarin a must
- Bachelor degree required (B.A or B.S.)
