Schedule: Monday – Friday, with occasional Saturday availability
Shift: Day Shift Salary: $75,000 – $80,000 annually

Overview: We are seeking a dynamic and strategic Operations Manager to lead our fleet and dispatch teams with clarity, confidence, and vision. This role demands a leader who thrives in a fast-paced environment, understands how to delegate effectively, and can elevate team performance without getting lost in the weeds. The ideal candidate will bring a strong background in operations, a sharp eye for process improvement, and a passion for leveraging technology to drive efficiency.
Key Responsibilities:
• Oversee daily operations of fleet and dispatch teams
• Lead with a big-picture mindset, ensuring alignment with organizational goals
• Delegate tasks effectively to maximize team productivity
• Collaborate with the VP on monthly vendor development meetings
• Support new business development initiatives
• Maintain and enhance tech infrastructure to streamline operations
Qualifications:
• Proven leadership experience in operations management
• Strong understanding of fleet and dispatch logistics
• Demonstrated ability to delegate and manage cross-functional teams
• Technologically savvy with experience in infrastructure optimization
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• Experience in vendor relations and business development is a plus
