What You’ll Do:
Oversee and lead day-to-day production across 1st and 2nd shifts
Supervise machinists operating mills, lathes, and Swiss screw machines
Ensure compliance with QA/QC standards and meet customer quality expectations
Mentor and develop team members—enhance strengths, address gaps
Make staffing decisions, including disciplinary actions and terminations as needed
Provide shift flexibility and support weekend production when necessary
Collaborate with leadership on safety, efficiency, and continuous improvement initiatives
What You Bring:
Solid machining background: mills, lathes, and ideally Swiss screw machines
Proven QA/QC experience in a production or manufacturing environment
Clear, confident leadership with strong people-management skills
Ability to make timely, fair, and firm performance decisions
Flexibility to support multiple shifts and weekend needs
Commitment to a clean, safe, and high-performing production floor
Why Join Us:
100% Employer-Paid Benefits (Medical, Dental, Vision)
