Key Responsibilities
- Comfortable working approximately 80 percent outdoors in a transportation yard and 20 percent in an office setting.
- Assist commercial customers with trailer rental needs, equipment options, account questions, and service support.
- Inspect trailers using handheld technology, including identifying damage, equipment concerns, and repair needs.
- Support daily yard operations, equipment inventory, trailer assignments, vendor coordination, and operational tracking.
- Help manage customer accounts, including credit support, collections assistance, and insurance verification.
- Coordinate repair work with vendors, mechanics, and internal team members to keep equipment available and operational.
- Use technology to complete inspections, update records, manage equipment, and support branch operations.
Compensation and Benefits
- Compensation: $22.00 to $26.00 per hour, depending on experience.
- Job Type: Direct Hire.
- Location: Phoenix, AZ 85043, onsite.
- Office Hours: Monday through Friday, 7:00am to 5:00pm.
- Available Schedule: Monday through Friday, 8-hour shift.
